- RPC Web Solutions performs daily backups, however, RPC Web Solutions will not be held responsible for any loss of data.
- RPC Web Solutions will not refund a customer if a contract is cancelled at any time.
- The intentional distribution of SPAM and Spyware through our servers is forbidden. The contract of any customer failing to comply with the above mentioned will be terminated immediately and legal procedures will be undertaken. Under no circumstances are websites allowed to contain any inappropriate, including pornographic material, and/or illegal advertisements and/or downloads.
- RPC Web Solutions will contact customers occasionally, via email, regarding new services and other important information or news. This will be kept to a minimum. Customers may unsubscribe from mailing lists.
- Websites containing large databases resulting in slow server performance are strictly forbidden on RPC Web Solutions’ Shared Hosting plans. Please consult the network administrator for information regarding Virtual Private Servers (VPS) or Dedicated Servers.
- All accounts must be paid by at least the 15th day of each month. Yearly and quarterly contracts must be paid by at least the 15th of day of the month for which payment is due. If payment for services rendered has not been received by the above specified dates, the customer’s account will be discontinued. A reconnection fee of one month of the hosting contract will have to be paid in order for services to continue.
- If a customer’s contract is canceled for any reason, domain transfers will only take place on the condition that all payments are complete.
- RPC Web Solutions will not tamper with the customer's website or database. RPC Web Solutions will not sell or resell any information held in a database or website.
